60's fueled psychedelic surf art

This illustration was originally intended as a cover illustration for the winter issue of a swedish surf magazine, to be printed in bronze metallic on black. As it happened, the issue's theme changed thus leaving the cover unused.

Later, Hawaiian Tropic together with Surfakademin, needed an illustration for a surf travel competition flyer, and the illustration came to use, yet without the fancy metallic print effects. Also, the overall theme was modified from Nordic winter to Hawaiian summer and a little type was added.
